About Us

At the Audra Walsh Psychology Group, we're not just a group of professionals; we're a supportive team of experts dedicated to making a profound impact on the lives of our clients and the community we serve. Currently our team is composed of 8 licensed psychologists, 5 licensed school psychologists, and 3 postdoctoral fellows, all of whom share an unwavering commitment to providing exceptional mental health care and assessment services. We provide strong clinical and administrative support through weekly peer consultation meetings, hallway meetings, and daily office hours from our Clinical Director for consultation. We foster an environment where our team can share professional research, seek input on tricky cases, celebrate successes, and most importantly where we can be our authentic selves, sharing laughs and sometimes tears.

What makes us stand out is our deep commitment to providing top-notch therapy and evaluation services that combine proven methods with a practical, client-focused approach. We're not just about keeping up with the latest research; we're all about using our know-how to meet the specific needs of each person and family we work with.

Our workplace is more than just an office; it's a warm, comfortable, supportive and enriching environment where our team members thrive. We are different from many private practices in that we don't want our therapists to feel like they are on their own island. Instead, we prioritize collaboration and offer scheduled opportunities for consultation, skill development, and professional growth. We would never try to grow you to fit the position, but we will strive to grow the position to fit you! Our team members have the time and space to seek out professional development and growth in their areas of interest. Here, you'll find a nurturing community that fosters your personal and professional development, helping you reach new heights in your career as a mental health professional.

In valuing healthy work-life balance, we are dedicated to fostering a culture of self-care and recognize the importance of cultivating fulfillment in our lives beyond our professional commitments.  In our personal lives, we have a wide range of interests and hobbies. These include cooking, baking, and the art of cookie decorating, as well as activities like hiking, traveling, enjoying the beach, reading, engaging in community service, and cherishing quality moments with family and friends. Additionally, within our team, we take pride in being a group that collectively cares for 14 (and growing!) children of our own, aging parents and neighbors, and more than a dozen treasured four-legged and feathered companions. We also work to build our workplace bonds through frequent social events and time out of the office when we can!

Join us at the Audra Walsh Psychology Group, where your expertise will not only transform lives but also help you become a leading authority in our field. Together, we're creating a brighter, more resilient future for our community, one client at a time.

What our team members are saying

"I have been with the Audra Walsh Psychology Group since 2020, and since that time I have transitioned from a part-time therapist to the Clinical Director of the practice. During this time I have also become a mother and made other large life transitions. I am so thankful to be part of this team because I have felt so supported in pursuing not only my professional goals, but also my personal goals. I feel a sense of gratitude each and every day to be working with a team of stellar clinicians, who also happen to be amazing individuals that I thoroughly enjoy spending time with. I am so glad I have found a home in this practice!"

"I am so thankful to be part of Audra Walsh Psychology Group! Since joining in 2021, I have become more effective as a psychologist and have been able to collaborate with and learn from a talented team of clinicians. Our team is consistently supportive, responsive, and dedicated to providing quality and evidence-based care. In order to meet the individual needs of our clinicians our practice offers salaried employee and independent contractor opportunities. I love being able to work as a contractor and create my own schedule that is tailored to my family's needs. I also really enjoy working with our clients and the opportunity to help a wide range of individuals, including parents, children/teens, and adults. I look forward to seeing our team continue to grow and thrive!"

"I work a couple afternoons a week with the Audra Walsh Psychology Group, and I'm extremely grateful for this experience. I also work full time with the public school system as a School Psychologist. The amount of support I receive with the Audra Walsh Psychology Group has not only made this transition feasible, but also extremely comfortable. The weekly individual clinical supervision combined with weekly peer consultation and a group of supportive colleagues who are always willing to consult has turned me into a more confident, more competent clinician. I've also noticed that the increased confidence and competence has made me a better School Psychologist working directly with students in schools. I’ve appreciated the professionalism, encouragement, and growth-mindset practices that Audra Walsh and the rest of the leadership and clinical team embrace in order to make this an extremely positive, nurturing, and fulfilling place for me to work."
