In the initial consultation we’ll invite you to share your story, discuss your goals and review evidence-based treatment options.

3

Partner with the right therapist.

Finding the right therapist is critical to successful outcomes. We take time up front to understand your unique needs and create the best possible therapeutic match.

“We had Audra evaluate our two boys. She was thorough and prompt and helped us arrive at some long awaited answers. Her recommendations were all practical and realistic and truly helped our family- we could tell she is a mom and gets it!”

FAQs

Where are you located?

We serve the Tampa Bay region with two convenient locations in the Tyrone area of St. Petersburg and the Hyde Park/UT area in Tampa. We also have Telehealth options available for clients throughout the state of Florida and beyond. Click HERE to view our office locations.

How do I book an appointment as a new client?

Click HERE to complete a new client request form. We try to respond to all inquiries within 2-3 business days. We look forward to hearing from you!

Do you accept insurance?

We are out-of-network with all insurance companies which means that fees are paid for by the client at the time of service. While insurance companies are not billed by Audra Walsh Psychology Group, detailed receipts (super bills) will be provided, upon request, for sessions provided by a licensed psychologist so that clients can attempt to receive reimbursement through their insurance company. We recommend calling the insurance company and asking about out-of-network benefits before the first session in order to assess what reimbursement will be. Some clients may also choose to use flex-spending accounts for financial assistance. Payments can be made in cash or by check or credit card. We are also Gardiner approved providers.

What are your fees?

Fees vary depending on scope of service and clinician. We will review fees together during the initial consultation call. All fees are due at the time of service and we request that clients keep a credit card on file and enroll in autopay. Clients interested in applying for services on a sliding scale should inquire during their initial consultation.

  • Therapy fees range from $154-$220 per 50-minute clinical hour.

  • Psychological evaluation fees vary and typically start at $2,400. Often an evaluation is not necessary to initiate therapy.

  • The fee for a gifted evaluation is $300.

Are your offices wheelchair accessible?

Both our St. Petersburg and Tampa offices have stairs to enter and no elevator option. Please let us know if you have any accessibility challenges and we can make arrangements to meet at our off-site office space.
