Where are you located?

We are located in the Tyrone area of St. Petersburg on Crosswinds Drive North. Our address is 6740 Crosswinds Drive North, Suite L, St. Petersburg, FL 33710. We also offer remote therapy sessions, when appropriate, using a HIPAA compliant video chat.


Where can I park?

Parking is available in front of the building in the Crosswinds Lot. Follow the center sidewalk and then veer right. The office door is labeled Unit L Dr. Audra Walsh.


What else should I know about the St. Pete office?

There is one flight of stairs to enter our office and no elevator option. Please let us know if you have any accessibility challenges and we can make arrangements to meet at our off-site office space.


What is your fee?

We can discuss fees together during our initial consultation. 


Will you slide your fee for me?

We have limited spots for whom we can slide our fees. These spots are reserved for people in specific circumstances that are based on true financial need. It is important to us to be able to provide high quality treatment to those who can’t afford our full fees.


Do you accept insurance?

We are out-of-network with all insurance companies. However, we are considered a non-network Tricare certified provider authorized to see Tricare beneficiaries and submit claims on their behalf. While insurance companies are not billed by Audra Walsh, PhD, LLC, receipts with procedure/treatment codes will be provided after sessions, upon request, so that you can attempt to receive reimbursement through your insurance company.  We recommend calling your insurance company and asking about your out-of-network benefits before your first session in order to assess what your reimbursement will be. Some clients may also choose to use flex-spending accounts for financial assistance. Payments can be made in cash or by check or credit card. We are also Gardiner approved providers.


What’s your availability?

We are available for sessions Monday -Thursday and Saturday. We offer early morning, daytime, and evening sessions to accommodate school and work schedules. Limited Saturday sessions are available.
