Pronouns: she/her/hers

I am a postdoctoral fellow and a Nationally Certified School Psychologist working toward becoming a licensed psychologist. I earned my Bachelors in Psychology with a Minor in Child Development from Florida State University. I then went on to earn my Doctorate in School Psychology with a specialization in early childhood intervention and assessment from the University of Florida. I completed my Internship at the University of Florida’s College of Medicine, Division of Psychology. Throughout my training I had the opportunity to work in a variety of settings including public schools, developmental research schools, early childhood assessment centers, private practices, and academic medical centers.

In my training, I have specialized in the delivery of evidence-based interventions to children, adolescents, and young adults. I am a Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) certified therapist and I specialize in working with individuals with anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder and related conditions, and disruptive behaviors. I also have experience working with individuals with depression, ADHD, and emotional regulation difficulties. I have been trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT). Additionally, I have experience with conducting psychoeducational, psychological, and neuropsychological assessments to evaluate for conditions including autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, and learning differences, among other psychological conditions.

My personal approach to therapy includes building a strong therapeutic alliance, often incorporating games, humor, and creativity when appropriate. My goal is to create a warm and non-judgmental space for children and adults to feel welcome and comfortable. I am a member of the American Psychological Association, National Association of School Psychologists, and the International OCD Foundation. My free time is usually spent at a sporting or music event with my partner and friends, playing with my dog, playing tennis, running, and going to the beach.
