Use our online booking system to schedule a complimentary 10-minute phone consultation with one of our therapists. During this call we will answer any questions you may have, identify a therapist matched to your individual needs and goals, and if desired, schedule your intake session.

Please access electronic intake forms via your personal client portal and complete forms prior to your initial appointment.
Meet remotely with a therapist.
We connect with clients using secure, encrypted technology to ensure confidentiality. You can access your remote session anywhere that is private and that has internet or cellular service. For example, some clients choose to connect with their therapist from a quiet park bench, office, or dorm room. Sessions are typically 50-minutes. Based on the results of the intake appointment, we will collaboratively develop a treatment plan with you that fits your individual needs and goals.
