Pronouns: she/her/hers

I am a licensed psychologist with a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Central Michigan University. I have over ten years of experience working with individuals in a variety of settings including the VA hospital system, university clinic, and domestic violence shelter.

I specialize in assisting adults with a variety of concerns such as anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, depression, insomnia, trauma, identity-based stress, and life transitions. I offer evidence-based treatments including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and exposure therapy. I also integrate a variety of other strategies into treatment such as mindfulness, communication enhancement, and boundary-setting.

I have a deep respect for each individual’s unique lived experiences, perspectives, and values. I take a collaborative approach to therapy, working with each client to tailor treatment to their unique goals and values.

I was born and raised in the Caribbean, and enjoy spending time connecting with family and friends.
